Create a common communication platform

iTest® offers organizations a common communication platform, so that tests and reports can be widely shared and, more importantly, easily understood by everyone.

As mentioned earlier, iTest automatically generates detailed reports in the language of the device-free of scripting-each time a test is run. Organizations typically have testers and developers located around the world, separated by time, language, and culture. Many device manufacturers would benefit from being able to share test assets with their customers, who are often service providers.

iTest enables the sharing of test assets within teams and with outside organizations throughout the product development lifecycle. Service providers, for example, can use tests already created to validate device and feature operations in their labs. They then can quickly augment these tests and use them for more complicated system and scenario tests. With shared assets, both organizations win. The manufacturer gains when the service provider finds defects and can provide test cases with sufficient detail. The service provider gains from faster problem resolution, for the manufacturer can now quickly reproduce the environment and the bug, and fix the problem.
